By means of policy, posture and programs, LTI directs its major efforts, and invests its energies and resources in educational developmental programming and related research projects with and for young people and their families.
Through partnerships with schools and communities, LTI's successful programs are thematic content -specific addressing the New York State Learning Standards. The programs are easily replicated, interdisciplinary, and become an integral part of curriculum.
LTI enters the 21st century demonstrating the strongest commitment to the at-risk by offering specialized care, coordinated services and programs to better serve our children, families, and communities so that they can succeed in society.
