Kinship Caregiver Program
LTI’s Kinship Caregiver Program (KCP) provides case management and support services for those raising another relative’s child/children in their home. Services are provided to kinship families residing in Nassau and Suffolk County.
The KCP can assist with:
- Community Resources
- Referrals for medical, mental health and legal services
- Parenting Education
- Obtaining Financial Assistance and Medical Benefits
- Support Groups for Caregivers and Youth
