LTI’s Readiness Employment Skills Empowering Transition (RESET) Program, provides effective cognitive behavioral skills intervention and job readiness training to Village of Hempstead residents. The program empowers justice-involved individuals to overcome barriers to employment by providing pathways to employment and successful reintegration into their community.
